Neda B. Levy is the Founder and CEO of Leo Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the real estate industry. Recognized as a premier authority on building high-performing in-house legal teams and placing General Counsel and senior legal executives, Neda also leads searches across asset management, development, acquisitions, and operations functions.
With deep roots in the industry, Neda brings a rare dual-lens perspective having spent over 15 years as a real estate executive herself, including serving as General Counsel and later Chief Administrative Officer at vertically integrated investment and development firms. This firsthand experience gives her an intuitive understanding of both her clients’ strategic priorities and the leadership talent needed to meet them.
Prior to founding Leo Search Partners, Neda was a Partner at a nationally recognized executive search firm, where she led C-suite and senior leadership searches for top real estate owners, developers and investors. Today, she advises a diverse client base that includes global investment managers, vertically integrated developers, private equity firms, and publicly traded REITs.
Neda is an active member of ULI-New York, a past Executive Board member, and former Co-Chair of the Program Steering Committee. She is a long-standing ULI Mentor, a sponsor of GirlGang and Co-Founder of the University of Rochester Real Estate Alumni Group. A frequent speaker, she is regularly invited to share insights on leadership, talent strategy and career development in real estate.
Neda holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law, and a BA in Political Science, with high honors, from the University of Rochester.
Outside of work, Neda enjoys tennis, hiking and running—and most of all, cheering on her two young sons alongside her husband at soccer, flag football and basketball games.
Courtney Page is a Senior Recruiter at Leo Search Partners, bringing 15 years of executive search experience across construction and enterprise software. She assists in leading search execution for our clients from kickoff to ultimate candidate close.
Courtney began her recruiting career at A G Page Associates, a retained search firm specializing in complex, hard-to-fill roles. Her full-lifecycle expertise—from strategy and sourcing to stakeholder engagement—continues to drive results for our clients.
Known for her high EQ, deep listening and instinctive rapport with both clients and candidates, Courtney delivers a thoughtful, strategic approach that aligns talent with culture and our client’s long-term goals.
She is an executive coach and founder of Re:sume Careers, a boutique coaching firm supporting executives in transition. She also hosts the Re:sume Well podcast, exploring global insights on career purpose and growth.
Courtney holds a BA from Muhlenberg College, an HR Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University and a Graduate Certificate in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from Cornell University. A registered yoga teacher, lifelong equestrian, and avid runner, she splits her time between South Florida and Newport, RI.
Liz Beane is the Director of Operations at Leo Search Partners, where she leads all aspects of the firm’s operations—from technology, systems and process optimization, underlying project execution, and client experience to marketing and HR.
Liz brings deep operational and project management expertise shaped by prior roles across health and wellness, technology, commercial real estate, and logistics. Her experience spans both high-growth startups and multi-billion-dollar global enterprises, where she was responsible for driving operational efficiencies, leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling systems to support revenue and team growth.
At Leo Search Partners, Liz orchestrates the infrastructure behind every search—implementing tools, refining workflows and ensuring a seamless and high touch experience for clients and executive candidates alike. She also leads special projects facilitating the firm’s continued success, growth and scaling.
Liz holds an MBA from SUNY Brockport, where she received the Louis R. & Judith A. Desfosses Scholarship, and a BA in Business Administration from Portland State University, graduating cum laude.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Liz is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys skiing, hiking and boating. She currently lives in Overland Park, KS, with her husband and son, and has lived and worked in major markets including New York City, Portland, Orange County, and Denver.
Leo, means lion and refers to our founder’s Persian heritage where women in the ancient Persian empire (currently Iran) refer to their women as “Shir Zans” or Lionesses. This accolade is used to refer to trailblazing women who are courageous, fierce, resourceful and unafraid in charting a new course in the name of progressiveness, equality and human rights. These Lionesses have been fearless warriors who fought alongside male counterparts in defending their values and country. In more recent times, these Lionesses have been politicians, attorneys, doctors and activists for democracy and justice. Lionesses refer to all the brave and strong women who not only exist in the Persian culture and society, but also throughout the world and our communities.
